About the Author
Dr. Michael Shafer retired early from from his Political Science Professorship at Rutgers University in 2008 to move to Thailand with his wife Evelind Schecter.
Together they founded Warm Heart Worldwide and have dedicated their lives to helping develop sustainable community development in one of the poorest communities in Thailand.
Both Michael and Evelind are very active proponents of finding solutions to Global Warming. Michael’s first ebook “Climate Change Primer” explains in layman terms what Global Warming is all about.
Their “Stop the Smoke” campaign is focused on educating people around the world how biochar can be a major part of the solution to reduce global warming.
