Warm Heart Worldwide proudly serves as a Fiscal Agent for grassroots initiatives and emerging organizations that are making a difference in their communities — but may not yet have their own nonprofit status. We provide financial oversight and donor transparency, allowing our partners to focus on the work while we handle the paperwork.

​What Is a Fiscal Agent? 

​A fiscal agent is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit that receives and manages donations on behalf of another organization or project. This enables: Tax-deductible donations for U.S.-based donors

  • Financial accountability and compliance
  • Simplified fundraising for projects doing real-world impact
